Stage: 4 Session: 14 Average N: 5.4 I haven’t done this for a few days. The best thing about today is I did not fall to below n=5. I was more consistent. MindSparke Working Memory Training

Stage: 4 Session: 12 Average N: 4.8 Not exactly my best day. I tried to apply different techniques as I my session was going on. I realize the best way to improve is to move on and let the numbers flow through my head instead of being fixated on the numbers. MindSparke Working Memory Training
