Session number: 197
Average n-back: 6.75
Duration (min.): 25
A devastatingly bad finish as I was at 7 going into the last 5 blocks…but still ended up with a personal best. I think the problem at the end was not so much loss of focus (in the ordinary sense) but just that I started thinking about hitting 7. At least I was able to hit a new personal best on 4th of July, so no complaints.
And this was a good recovery from my last session (196), in which I dropped to 5.95.

Hey Will.
Congratulations on a new high score! (The drop at the end means that you know you can best it.)
A belated happy fourth.
Martin

Hello highland.
The Brain Fitness Pro Jr program would be suitable for your son. It uses similar principles to the adult program, but the program has a fun presentation to engage the child and the exercises start out more straightforwardly.
You can read more about the Jr program here: Brain Fitness Pro Jr
