Working-Memory Training Report – Raman – Session 5

Average n-back: 3.3

Duration (min.): 30

Am doing the dual n-back using Brain Workshop 4.5 and have moved from 2.1 on day 1 to 3.3 on day 5. On average I would have done 15 sessions per sitting.

As of now no difference in cognition or anything else!
