Having hard time with n=4. It’s a little easier if i murmur the series for myself, but with n=4 i barely have time to repeat it. Is it normal or should i try to do everything in complete silence?

Staying quiet or speaking the series softly to yourself is more a matter of personal preference, I think. The challenge and the benefit of the training comes with staying focused.
It’s not at all unusual that you’re finding n=4 tough at this stage of the training. Your brain is in the process of changing to respond to the work you’re doing. After a few more days n=4 will become more attainable and then you’ll be setting your sights on n=5.
